The company is 100% property of Alfa Finance Holding. It was founded in 2005 by a team of experienced professionals in the field of finance and for its three-year history has developed an enviable portfolio of over 1 million sq.m. built up area in projects encompassing all sectors - tourism, residential, office, commercial, industrial and logistics.

Alfa Developments’ core business activities are:

• Property investment , incl. deal flow, structuring of financing, deal structuring. The activity is executed through Alfa Developments and SPVs (special purpose vehicles). The covered sectors include commercial, office, logistics, residential, and leisure.
• Development & Project management: feasibility, acquisition, concept, detailed concept, project management. The activity is executed through Alfa Developments Management.
• Property management: consulting, property and facility management. The activity is executed through Alfa Property Management.
